Return and Exchange Policy

At Walkon, our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a click away!

  1. You may exchange the item as long as it is unused, unwashed and unaltered within 7 days of purchase.
  2. We only return or exchange items that are different from size ordered or have any kind of quality defect.
  3. Exchange will only be possible if accompanied by original receipt along with all original tags on.
  4. In case you received a product that is not according size ordered or is damaged/defective the company should be notified within 48 hours of getting delivered. You will be requested to share the images of product at @Walkon.pk or support@walkon.pk or 123
  5. In case of exchange or return the customer will be required to courier back the product with original packaging and tags in place. We will deliver the new product within 7 working days.
  6. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  7. If the price of any item purchased by you is reduced by us because of a Sale Promotion, then exchange will be done at the marked down new price.
  8. Used/misused items will not be eligible for exchange.
  9. No claim of faulty merchandise or incorrect items received will be entertained unless it is lodged within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
  10. No exchange can be made during sales / promotion periods.
  11. Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
