How to Place Order?

  • Select your favorite from our product range, add them to your cart, checkout and your order will be delivered to your doorstep.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS & WhatsApp message as soon as your order is placed.

How to confirm my order?

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS & WhatsApp msg within minutes of placing your order.
  • Please click confirm on WhatsApp to make sure your order is confirmed. In case you do not receive an order confirmation email or SMS or WhatsApp , please reach out to us at (032) 799-66888 or support@urbanwalk.pk

I have Order ID and Tracking ID, what should I have to do with them?

  • Order ID is a number that we use to process your orders.
  • It will also serve as the main ID that you will use to communicate with us.
  • Tracking ID will be provided to you once your order is dispatched so you can live track your order’s progress.

Payment modes:

  • Currently, Urban Walk accepts payments via COD, Bank Transfer, Credit and Debit Cards Only.

 

Order Returns

Can I make changes to an existing order?

  • Yes, you can absolutely make changes to an order. Call us at 123 and we will make the required changes for you.

I had a discrepancy in my order when I received it, I am worried.

  • At  Walkon, our top-notch operations ensure that you don’t face any issues with the product when you receive your order.
  • However, in cases where you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

  • After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received.
  • However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
